Poly Bags

PRINTING
In our bag making/printing capacity Burlington Packaging has a 10-Color PCMC Infiniti Flexographic Press 57" web, which allows for almost unlimited creative capacity in graphic design.

Our 1-color in-line printing presses enable us to print warning information on dust cover poly bags as we make the bags on our 41" Roan converting machines.

LAMINATING
We also have a Schiavi Solventless Laminator for laminating different substrates.
 
CONVERTING
In the converting area, Burlington Packaging can make almost any type of poly bags, from simple, unprinted flat bags to the most complicated 10-color printed Zip Loc bags. Our converting equipments includes 41" Roan machines, a 56" wide capacity machine, two Roan flat and stand up pouch machines, slide zip bags attachments, non-slide zip bag, header sealing equipment, tape applying equipment for resealable tape bag or permament tape bags. We also have a bottom-sealing bag machine for tube bags.
