Burlington Packaging is equipped industry-standard printing and finishing capabilities, including:
- 6-color Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 with in-line aqueous coating
- 5-color Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 with in-line aqueous coating
- 5-color Heidelberg MO (CPC controls)
- in-line UV finishing capacity
- 2-color Heidelberg Perfector (for printing both sides in one pass)
For letterheads, business forms, tickets, tags, etc., we have a 2-color Heidelberg GTO 52 and 2 Ryobi 3200 presses.
BINDERY
Our Bindery features 2 computer programmable paper cutters, one 54 inch and one 45 inch with monitor.
We have two large format folders-a 19 x 25 Stahl parallel folder and a MBO 27 x 39.5 right angle, 3 section folder with continuous feeder.
DIE CUTTING
Our die cutting capabilities include two high speed 28" x 41" die cutters with in-line stripping. We also have three Heidelberg cylinder presses with sheet size capabilities up to 21.25" x 30.25".
FINISHING
Our finishing equipment includes a Standard Paper Box FG850 Folder Gluer.
DIGITAL
Digital equipment capacities include Xerox iGen3 110 and iGen3 90 Digital Production Presses with Smart Size Technology.
